Vanguard removed my ancient roof, replaced several sheets of plywood, the skylight and gutters in a couple of days. Two weeks later they came back and installed insulation and vinyl siding around the entire house. Workers were professional and courteous. Guadalupe maintained communication throughout the entire process. Any concerns were addressed quickly and to my satisfaction and I appreciated the military and other discounts. Vanguard Solutions was an efficient, and professional company to work with. After a storm damaged our roof we contacted several companies. One of those companies contacted us back and we began conversations about repairing the roof. We thought everything was moving along as expected when the company stopped replying to our messages and phone calls. Back at square 1, I found Vangaurd Solutions and an appointment to have the roof inspected was made on my very first call. The very next week Guadalupe came to inspect the roof. She was knowledgeable and direct about what had happened to the roof and what her team was going to do to fix it. Just days later her team was there to repair my roof. They were timely and thouroughly cleaned up when they were finished. I am so thankful that Vangaurd Solutions was able to repair my roof on such short notice before winter arrives. I couldn't imagine working with any other company and would HIGHLY recommend them for all your roofing needs.
