It seemed like every other house in our neighborhood had their roof replaced after a hail storm this summer. We didn’t see any damage, but wanted a professional to come and check. After reading reviews, we chose Vanguard Roofing and Siding and we are so glad we did! Guadeloupe climbed all over the roof, and she even showed us pictures of what she found! Thankfully, we did not have damage, and she explained what to look for the next time we have a bad storm.
At the same time, we made an appointment to replace a strip of siding. That work was done perfectly. Can’t even tell where it was replaced!

Vanguard replaced the old siding on my house and garage this fall. They did an excellent job, efficiently and the cost was more than reasonable. Good people to work with. I am more than pleased with the results...materials excellent. Looks better than I imagined!
Siding was done correctly with seams. Window trim was well done. Work was done in a timely fashion. Cleanup looked good.

The project was started on time and completed ahead of schedule. The crew was efficient and worked quickly, but with care and attention to detail. Cleanup was thorough. When the project was completed, Guadalupe did a walk-through with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. And, yes, I am!

Vanguard just finished our roof yesterday and we’re extremely happy with their work! They arrived early to set up first thing in the morning and covered up the perimeter of the house. They had two crews working on the roof and finished everything around lunch time! They were efficient, fast and highly trained workers. Everything went smoothly during the entire time. They also did a detailed clean afterwards. Guadalupe was friendly, thorough and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their estimate beat out competitors by a large margin! Highly recommend Vanguard for your new roof installation!
